Performance Management

Improvement
Concrete, measurable change over time. Retros after a graded event, small commitments between feedback sessions, deltas you can point to.
Mentorship
A place to keep notes on each mentor relationship — what was discussed, what was committed to, what to revisit. Voluntary and may cross rank lines, per DAFMAN 36-2643.
Coaching
Goal-oriented, time-bound conversations focused on a specific challenge or capability. The third-party perspective when supervisor and mentor aren't the right voice.

What Nudge AF is not
- Not a system of record. Nothing in Nudge AF feeds an official personnel file or an evaluation.
- Not MyEval. Performance reports under DAFI 36-2406 still happen in the official system. Nudge AF is the working notebook in between.
- Not an LMS. We do not host or grade coursework.
- Not a counseling or crisis resource. If you are in crisis, call 988 and press 1 for the Veterans/Military Crisis Line.
