What is Nudge AF?
A personal-development and performance-management platform for the United States Air Force enlisted corps. One place to set development goals, capture supervisor feedback, run mentorship and coaching conversations, and track improvement across a career.
Is this an official Air Force product?
No. Nudge AF is unofficial and not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of the Air Force. It is not a system of record. Nothing you write here feeds your official personnel file.
Does Nudge AF replace MyEval?
No. Performance reports under DAFI 36-2406 still happen in the official system. Nudge AF is the working notebook in between official ACA touchpoints — feedback, goals, accomplishments, and reflections that help the official write-ups stay grounded in fact.
What are the five pillars?
Performance Management, Improvement, Mentorship, Coaching, and Personal Development. Every surface in Nudge AF maps back to one. They aren't silos — a single mentorship session can produce notes across several pillars.
What's the difference between Mentorship and Coaching here?
Mentorship is a voluntary, long-term developmental relationship that may cross rank lines and exist outside the chain of command (DAFMAN 36-2643). Coaching is a goal-oriented, time-bound conversation focused on a specific challenge — closer to a third-party perspective when supervisor and mentor aren't the right voice.
Who is this for?
Junior Enlisted Airmen, NCOs, and SNCOs. Each tier has different needs — Nudge AF is built around the developmental posture described in DAFH 36-2618 (the Little Brown Book).
How much does it cost?
Free.
Is this a counseling or crisis service?
No. If you are in crisis, call 988 and press 1 for the Veterans/Military Crisis Line, or use your unit's resources.
What features are live today?
Nudge AF is in early setup. Sign-in works; the dashboard shows the five-pillar surface as placeholder cards. Features ship into the pillars as they're built.
